Releado Has Launched: The Marketing Platform We Built Inside a Working Mortgage Company
We run a working mortgage company and got tired of buying marketing we could not see, so we built Releado: AI marketing and AI visibility software for Realtors and loan officers, built around a website the client owns, with a graded report card that shows whether visibility is actually moving.
There is a moment every loan officer and every Realtor knows well. You close a loan or a sale, the client is thrilled, and then you go back to your desk and face the other job, the one nobody hired you for. The website that needs updating. The social accounts that went quiet three weeks ago. The follow-up emails you meant to send. The reviews you forgot to ask for. Marketing is a second, unpaid position, and for most independent professionals it is the first thing sacrificed when the real work gets busy.
We know this because we live it. Mortgage News Channel is published by 7th Level Mortgage LLC, a working mortgage brokerage in New Jersey. Our founder, Anthony Piccone, has been in the mortgage business since 1995, and like most operators his size, he paid agencies and freelancers for marketing that he could never actually see. Reports arrived full of activity and empty of evidence. Rankings were promised. Visibility was asserted. What was never shown was the work itself, tied to results, in plain language.
So we built the thing we could not buy. It is called Releado, and it launched this October.
What Releado is
Releado is AI marketing and AI visibility software for Realtors and mortgage loan officers, built around a website engineered for search and AI. Every client starts from the foundation most marketing skips: a properly constructed website that the client owns outright. On top of that foundation, the platform runs the ongoing work. It prepares social posts in the client's voice for their approval. It writes search articles for their website every month. It follows up with new leads on a schedule and keeps those leads organized in a built-in CRM. It asks recent clients for reviews and watches the answers. And every month it produces a report card that shows, in graded form, how the client's search strength and AI visibility are moving.
That grading is deliberate. Every Releado client begins with a baseline SEO and AI Visibility report, a scored starting point measured before we change anything. From there, the monthly report card measures against that baseline, so progress is a number that moved, not a claim somebody made. As of this week, the platform also pulls a client's real Google Search Console and Google Analytics data into that reporting, so what Google recorded about a site sits next to the grades it earned.
Why AI visibility, and why now
The way clients find a loan officer or a Realtor has changed underneath us. A growing share of buyers and sellers no longer scroll a list of links. They ask an AI assistant who to call, and they act on the answer. A professional can rank respectably on Google and still be absent from that answer, which means the referral went to whoever the AI happened to know. Releado was built for both worlds at once: traditional search, and the AI answers that are rapidly becoming the front door. The monthly visibility work checks how a client is described and cited across the major AI engines, and the content the platform produces is written to be found by both.
Built by practitioners, priced for them
Releado is not a Silicon Valley experiment looking for a market. It was built inside a brokerage that answers to the same licensing, the same compliance concerns, and the same month-end arithmetic as its customers. That shows in the pricing. Releado is $249 to set up and $149 a month, with a three-month minimum, and the client owns the website at the center of it. There is an AI assistant in every workspace, named MARIE (Mortgage And Realty Intelligence Expert), after our founder's mother, because the people this software serves run family businesses and so do we.
If you want to see it before you believe any of this, that is exactly the spirit it was built in. Watch the demo, read the grades-and-evidence philosophy behind the report cards, and hold us to the same standard we built the reporting to enforce: show the work, show the numbers, every month.
