Freddie Mac's 2026-10-01 national survey reported a 7.28% 30-year fixed-rate average and a 6.60% 15-year fixed-rate average. These are national survey averages, not a 7th Level Mortgage quote.

Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey dated 2026-10-01 reported a 7.28% national average for the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage and a 6.60% average for the 15-year fixed-rate mortgage.
